Should you just buy the established report writer?
If you want a mature report writer with a scheduling calendar, online agreements and payment collection folded in, and you are happy to pay per inspector for it, one of the established vendors is the product and their pricing pages are cited on this site. If what you are missing is the intake on site and the record behind the report, at one price for the whole firm, that is what Intakez keeps.

No feature-for-feature table is drawn, deliberately: the suites bundle scheduling and payments the way their buyers want them, and this product does not.
