What this service is

We are the vendor: Intakez is software made and sold by us for the home inspector who sells the pre-purchase inspection and writes its report: free worksheets that compute on the page, and a paid plan that keeps the record of properties, clients, inspections, findings and saved reports. It inspects nothing and certifies nothing; it keeps the record of what you inspected and what you reported.

How we are paid

Intakez Pro is a monthly subscription: you pay us, Ellul Solutions Ltd, the legal entity you contract with, and that name appears on your card statement and receipt. The price is shown before checkout, renews monthly, and can be cancelled from your account page at any time.

The worksheet index

The worksheet index lists every free worksheet on this site with its worked example figures.

No warranty

The worksheets compute from the figures you enter and the method stated on each page. They are arithmetic, not an inspection, not a standard of practice, not legal advice, and not a statement of what any vendor charges or any state requires on a given day: read those at the sources the pages cite.
